Each region has one talent book domain. Three book types rotate on Mon/Thu, Tue/Fri, and Wed/Sat. All books are available on Sunday.

Not sure where to spend your Original Resin? Follow this priority order for efficient progression.
Defeat 3 weekly bosses at 30 Resin each. They drop unique talent materials, billets, and Dream Solvent. The first 3 cost only 30 Resin instead of 60 — do these every week.
Required to ascend characters past level 40. Farm these only when you need them for a character you are actively leveling. Each boss costs 40 Resin and drops 2-3 elemental ascension gems and the unique boss material.
Talents are guaranteed damage increases. Level key talents to at least 6 (requires books only), then 8 (requires boss material), and consider crowning (10) your main DPS. Farm on the correct day using the schedule above.
Weapon ascension materials provide a straightforward ATK and substat increase. A max-level weapon is often more resin-efficient than chasing minor artifact upgrades. Farm when you need to ascend a key weapon.
Artifact farming is the endless endgame. Prioritize efficient domains like Spire of Solitary Enlightenment (Deepwood/Gilded), Momiji-Dyed Court (Emblem/Shimenawa), and Denouement of Sin (Golden Troupe/Marechaussee) where both sets are usable. Use the Artifact Strongbox for inefficient domains like Valley of Remembrance (VV) and Clear Pool (Noblesse).
Blossom of Revelation (EXP books) and Blossom of Wealth (Mora) cost 20 Resin each. Farm these only when you run out — you get plenty of both from events, Battle Pass, and exploration.
